Ensure accuracy of data entered the SAP HCM module. ii. Generate monthly employee confirmation reports.
Issue confirmation letters.
Maintain accurate employee leave and shift records in the system.
Generate staff movement reports.
Person Specification
Bachelors degree in Social Sciences or Human Resource Management
Post Graduate Qualification in Human Resource Management if the first degree is not in Human Resource.
Minimum of four (4) years’ relevant experience
Membership to IHRM. v. HR Practicing License from IHRM
Proficiency in Computer Applications
Demonstrated competence in work performance

Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Proven track record and ability to solve interpersonal conflict
Ability to identify and clarify key underlying issues in employee problems and independently counsel staff on significant challenges facing the organisation, and negotiate resolutions to conflicts which seem to be at an impasse
Ability to maintain professional status and keep abreast of evolving trends in industrial relations development through continuing professional education programmes
