    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for projects management in construction, commissioning and handing over to ensure that the company funds are efficiently utilized during all stages of the projects and that they are implemented in accordance with the contract so that they can meet the intended use at best quality.
    • Ensure proper running of all engineering projects in KPC through effective guidance to both staff in the Department and external suppliers/contractors.
    • Co-ordinate the construction of engineering projects and ensure they are executed in accordance with the contract in a professional manner to guarantee efficiency, cost effectiveness and timely completion.

    Chief Supply Logistics Officer

    Job Specifications

    • Oversee the understudying of products demands in the market and at KPC Depots/Terminals and carry out forecasts to determine realistic pumping schedules to maximize pipeline utilization and ensure adequate product stocks in the storage depots to meet customers’ requirements.

    ICT Officer (Applications Developer)

    Liaison Assistant (Operations)

     Job Specification

    1. To give customers efficient access to KPC products and services and ensure that the customer needs are satisfied if not exceeded.
    2. Advise customers on the status of their loading orders in the process that includes queuing, loading, dispatch, clearance and exit.
    3. Engage the various stakeholders in the loading process who include the OMC, clearing agents, Bio-coding, KRA, URA, RECTS etc. to ensure timely entry and exit of trucks.
    4. Ensure customers are advised real time of the stock status, equipment and systems status and notify the various depot senior engineers for necessary action. Confirm availability of products from stock reports and liaise with depot control rooms and stock control staff at the depots.

    Assistant Engineer (Projects, Planning, Design)

    Job Specification

    1. Participate in design and implementation of new projects.
    2. Participate in preparation of procedures for undertaking the design and implementation activities using best practices in the industry.
    3. Assist the Engineer in implementation activities and preparation of project reports.
    4. Maintain updated projects database. v.Understudy the Engineer in all aspects of their roles
