Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding;
Lead organizational development initiatives, including succession and workforce planning;
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements while advising management on HR best practices;
Advise senior management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational culture change
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity;
Oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization;
Lead and support internal training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement;
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences plus a Diploma in Human Resource Management (a master’s degree is an added advantage);
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience;
Membership with IHRM;
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and experience with HRIS systems;
Proven experience in leading large and cross-border teams;
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
