Human Resources Specialist at Ansoffs Consulting Limited

HR Practitioner 

• Has qualifications and extensive experience in Human Resources Management within a public sector context and an understanding of the Kenyan Water Sector. 

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
Academic 

• Master’s degree in human resources management, Organizational Development & Transformation, Succession Management, Strategic Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; 
• Degree in Human Resource Management 
• Certification as Human Resource Professional of Kenya (CHRP-K) is a must; 
• Valid Practicing License from the Institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya is a must; 
• Registered as a Consultant with the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) 

Skills and Competencies 

• Demonstrated experience of at least ten (10) years’ in in undertaking Functional analysis, conducting competency analysis, conceptually and with hands-on assessments, as well as experience in talent management. 
• A good grasp and understanding of the Kenya’s water sector and devolution processes. 
• Proven track record in successfully carrying out at least three (3) assignments of a similar nature. 
• Proficiency in English and Swahili Languages. 
• Experience and skills in facilitation of stakeholder engagements/workshops.
