Inside Sales at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities:

• Propose products to clients, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Create, track, and follow up on product quotations.
• Monitor relationships with clients, suppliers, logistics partners, and credit insurers.
• Manage product samples, including organization and shipment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and legal requirements for marketed products.
• Conduct market studies and analyze potential opportunities.
• Oversee prospecting activities across various marketing areas.
• Participate in the allocation distribution process (framework contract splits).
• Manage the commercialization of products with specific clients or in designated export zones.
• Monitor pre-sales activities, including short-sell transactions (sold but not yet purchased products)

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or a related field.
• A maximum of 3 years’ experience in Sales.
• Strong knowledge of international business, including familiarity with Incoterms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding phone and cold-calling abilities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
