    Insurance Team Leader(2)- Nairobi

    Our client, an insurance company is hiring Insurance Team Leader to report to the Managing Director

    Key responsibilities

    • Performance Management.
    • Customer Service Excellence.
    • Compliance & Risk Management.
    • Operational Efficiency.
    • Sales & Business Development.

    Qualification

    • Diploma in Insurance (DIPCII)
    • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
    • Insurance and individual hands-on experience for over 3 years
    • At least 3 years as an insurance team leader 
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills Team leader/player
