Internal Auditor (Nairobi) at Talent Grid Africa

• This role goes beyond compliance it’s about helping the business achieve efficiency, integrity, and growth by identifying risks, strengthening controls, and ensuring transparency across operations.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing annual audit plans (financial, operational, compliance & ERP)
• Evaluating risk areas and internal controls across departments
• Conducting audits in procurement, inventory, logistics, and financial reporting
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
• Presenting actionable insights to senior management and the board

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification: CPA, ACCA, or CIA (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years’ internal audit experience (preferably FMCG or manufacturing)
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Location: Kwale
