IP Multi Media Sub- System Engineer at Platinum Outsourcing and Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day troubleshooting of and regular service report. Prepare weekly/biweekly/monthly service report which mainly includes the technical support activities and current issues.
• Tracking problem escalation until resolution. For any major problem out of his knowledge, he/she should escalate in time to the expert support team.
• Check and analyze the data configurations and operation status of equipment in the network regularly and develop a report of the check results.
• Maintain and manage the configuration information in the network
• Be the single point of contact of the service for equipment in the network.
• Provide technical answers and maintenance knowledge associated with equipment to the customer.
• Participate in scheduled operational and maintenance meetings to give expert guidance and advice.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Overseas work experience and be able to communicate in English
• Master Huawei IMS product skills, understand signaling process, and basic device commands.
• Master VoLTE service commissioning and maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years working experience with IMS product.
• Previous experience in Huawei projects is highly desirable.
