Junior Management Accountant at Human Capital Synergies

Budgeted Salary: Kshs:45,000.00

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the management accountant will have the following roles and responsibilities:

• Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
• High-level financial reporting and analysis of actual spending, setting up of limits, maintenance of the debtors and creditors list
• Regular budget consolidation
• Providing financial analysis and forecasting
• Cash flow management
• Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business- advisory role to the management and directors
• Stakeholder management
• Debt management and collection
• Preparing company tax books are cleaned up and well maintained
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice
• Payroll processing
• Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
• Overseeing benefits and compensation packages.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. A degree in Accounting or Finance or related studies.
2. At least 3 to 4 years experience in a fast-paced environment.
3. Membership in ICPAK is an advantage
4. CPAK certification is an added advantage
5. Hands on user experience in financial and accounting systems is an added advantage.
