Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cooking, and plating dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure kitchen workstations are clean, organized, and comply with food safety regulations.
• Assist in stock management, inventory control, and proper food storage.
• Support the head chef and kitchen team in daily operations.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality.
• Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards in food handling and kitchen areas.
• Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

• Prior experience working in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the restaurant’s procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
