We are in search of a Lawyer who is able to help us to start our business in Kenya.

For the first 4 months, we can offer a part-time job with a limited amount of tasks. After 4 months it will be a full-time job with a full list of responsibilities.

You can become a participant of our team if:

• You have at least 3 years working experience in legal sphere;
• Your English level is advanced or higher;
• You have experience in the financial sector (as an advantage)

General Responsibilities:

• Development, coordination, legal expertise, accompaniment of the conclusion of contracts, agreements, declarations and other legal documents;
• Risk assessment, the legal consequences of the company's activities
• Drawing up of legal conclusions
• Claims activities, pre-trial dispute settlement, interaction with public authorities
• Legal support on civil rights, tax
• Advising senior management of the company on various legal issues
• Legal support for a variety of projects from start to the final stage
• The interaction with banks on customer transactions, opening of accounts, compliance, financial control
