    Lead Marketing, New Product Development

    Job Description

    About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Marketing, New Product Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching FMCG products and managing dynamic marketing campaigns, including digital and Below The Line (BTL) initiatives. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to new product launches and marketing execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of new product launches, particularly within the FMCG sector.
    • Oversee and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns, including both Digital and BTL strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market introduction of new products.
    • Lead market research and insights to drive product innovation and marketing strategy.
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, paid advertising, and content creation.
    • Plan and manage BTL activations, events, and promotions to engage target audiences.
    • Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
    • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in executing marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure that all marketing activities align with the overall brand vision and business objectives.

     Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the marketing field, with a focus on new product development and FMCG marketing.
    • Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns across digital and BTL channels.
    • A marketing-related degree (Master’s) is a must.
    • Strong understanding of FMCG product development cycles and market positioning.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and market trends.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including out-of-office events, to manage marketing activities.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
