Legal Officer- Commercial & Corporate Law
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 4 - 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Law / Legal
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contract in line with company policies
- Work with external counsel on court matters, fillings, and case follow-ups
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on risks and compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders to support business interests and regulatory compliance
- Manage and maintain company legal documents and records
- Support the legal Manager and handle additional legal duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- An advocate of High Court of Kenya
- 4-5 years of experience in commercial or corporate law
- Experience working in global, multicultural environments with required cultural awareness
- Excellent Management, and problem-solving Skills.
