MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, additional technical certifications (CCNA, CCNP/equivalent) or related field (preferred)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a technical support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively Familiarity with ticketing systems & CRM software
