Liquor Shop Attendant at Staffing Solutions Network

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting alcoholic beverages and answering inquiries about product offerings.
• Manage inventory by stocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely reordering of items.
• Handle transactions efficiently, including cash and digital payments, and ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Enforce alcohol sale regulations, including verifying customers’ age in compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide product recommendations and educate customers on various types of alcoholic beverages.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a bar attendant or sales representative in a wines and spirits establishment.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of various types of alcohol, including wines, spirits, and beers.
• Hold a hospitality course certificate from a recognized institution.
• Provide their original academic certificate during the application process (mandatory).
