Logistics Data Analyst at Kilimall

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily follow up and management of orders dispatched out of the
• Maintain a close working relationship with the courier partners & customer service for order tracking & solve delayed orders.
• Timely Courier Monthly computation and confirmation of deliveries
• Proper confirmation using the DMS and KiliExpress to check the
• Raising company claims against courier partners and DS
• Precise follow up & weekly update on orders lost or damaged while in transit by couriers and DS
• On Time Courier delivery and reverse logistics. Monitor and track the data for the dispatched shipments to courier which are in transit to the KiliShop. Confirm on the daily data, ensuring that orders are not pending in transit after the given
• Follow up on all courier abnormal orders on the system and on the Qing flow sheet. 24hrs follow up on the Qing flow on the logistics Kilishop delivery Respond to the issues accordingly.
• Investigate on the courier pending orders by the end of every month and ensure that orders are not
• Foster healthy Industrial Relations with courier partners and collection
• Developing integrated logistics solutions and services to Kilimall customers in terms of delivery efficiency, Shipping costs and headcount cost
• Monitoring and reviewing daily, weekly and Monthly courier delivery
• Developing integrated customer service solutions in terms of delivery
• Be ready to complete any other task assigned by the Logistics Supervisor and Logistics

WHO ARE YOU?

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Mathematics or Computer Science, or any other related course
• Skilled in large data analysis. Detail oriented and skilled in large data analysis and use of excel
• Proficiency in Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, OpenOffice, PowerPoint).
• Preferably candidates with working experience in a courier and logistics
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management
