Lubricants Project Management Officer at Clovers Management & Training Consultants Ltd

Job Purpose.

• To oversee and cpprdinate field merchandising/presalers activities, ensuring excellent product visibility, availability and execution of marketing initiative across assigned outlets while leading and supporting the merchandising team to achieve business goal. 
• Liaison between the Dstributor sales management Officer-( DSM) and Territory Management Officer-(TM)

Key Responsibility

• Manage and supervise the team ( Merchandisers and Van Sales Rep) in assigned territories.
• Liaise with DSM and TM to develop and monitor merchandising plan and schedules.
• Conduct regular field visit and coaching sessons with merchandisers.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and product activation wherer applicable.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Track team performance and ensure achievement of assigned target.
• Resolve field challenges and ensure smooth operation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related.
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer facing sales role and account management will be added advantage.
• Comfortable in using sale management tolls.
• 1 - 4 years of experience to sales and marketing.
• Self driven, target oriented and ability to work independently as well a s in Team.
