    M-Pawa Sales and Growth Trainee - 3 Positions

    We are looking for 3 graduate trainees to join our sales and growth team. The main responsibilities of a Sales and Growth team member will  revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade them to purchase our products

    Key Tasks and Roles 

    • Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product
    • Seeking new opportunities through networking, cold calling and social media channels.
    • Follow up on sales inquiries coming in through website, emails, ad campaigns, and inbound calls
    • Setting up meetings with prospective clients and presenting product/service demonstrations to clients during meetings 
    • Develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product/ service
    • Guiding customers for suitable product/ service package selection based on their requirements and use case
    • Creating and managing a sales pipeline as a reflection of the sales prospects and process 
    • Achieving set target and KPIs

    Knowledge and experience

    • Passionate about sales
    • Tech savvy and willing to learn and grow
    • Fast Learner and quick thinker with ability to adapt to different scenarios
    • Self motivated and goal oriented to deliver results 
    • Understanding of negotiating techniques and selling tactics
    • Ability to create long term relationships with clients.
    • Effective Communication skills 
    • Fluent in English and Swahili, fluency in French will be an added advantage.

    Education and Professional Qualification 

    • Should have completed all coursework for their Bachelors degree in B.Com, Economics, IT or any technology related course, Bachelor of Arts or any related field.
    • Should NOT have graduated more than 1 year ago
    • Knowledge of current market trends is a plus
