Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms and field marketing.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and client meetings
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, home buyers and corporate clients.
• Follow up enquiries and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities and available financing options.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
• Represent Villa Care Ltd at property exhibitions, roadshows, investment forums and marketing events.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Minimum Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, Finance, Commerce, Public Relations or a related field.
• Additional professional certifications in Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Real Estate or Business Development will be an added advantage.

Experience

• At least two (2) years' experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Experience in real estate sales, property marketing, banking, insurance, hospitality, investment advisory, telecommunications, FMCG or automotive sales will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Experience managing high-value clients and negotiating successful business transactions.

• Property valuation fundamentals.
• Excellent understanding of the Nairobi Metropolitan property market and emerging developments across Kenya.
