Member HIV and AIDS Tribunal at Judicial Service Commission

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::

Under Section 25 (1)(c) of the HIV AND AIDS Prevention and Control Act No. 14 of 2006, applicants for the position of Member, of the HIV AND AIDS Tribunal – Medical Practioner must have the following minimum requirements: 

• A Bachelor of Medicine and surgery or Bachelor of dental medicine and surgery or its equivalent from a university recognized in Kenya.
• Post graduate training programme in a particular field of medicine or dentistry, as specialists under the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Act (Cap. 253); 
• Has gained sufficient experience and demonstrated to the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council satisfaction adequate knowledge and skill in his chosen field; 
• Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
