PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Functional Consultants during requirements gathering for clear, code-ready processes.
• Install and configure Business Central, deploy solutions on-premise and on Azure, ensuring client PC connectivity.
• Support existing and develop new solutions in AL extensions and C/AL.
• Conduct end-user training, create system documentation, and develop training materials. Support partners/clients integrating third-party applications with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
• Ensure end-to-end connectivity of client portals and support portals developed in PHP, Python, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years' experience
• Degree in computer science, Software
• Engineering or Information Technology or related
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details Good business acumen for problem solving with excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proven experience in integrating Dynamics 365 solutions with third-party systems
• Confidence to deal with a range of customers
• Experience dealing with the public sector is a plus
