    Multimedia Production & Creative Design Officer

    JOB PURPOSE

    • The Multimedia Production & Creative Design Officer is responsible for elevating Caritas Microfinance Bank’s brand presence through innovative visual content and creative storytelling. Reporting to the Brand and Corporate Communications Manager, this role plays a key part in shaping the bank’s image across digital and offline platforms, working collaboratively to deliver engaging and impactful multimedia solutions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and all corporate communications, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Produce high-quality photography, videography, motion graphics, and multimedia content to support diverse communication needs.
    • Ensure consistency and compliance of all visual communications with Caritas
    • Microfinance Bank’s brand guidelines and identity standards.
    • Coordinate and manage content production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of creative projects and efficient workflow processes.
    • Deliver creative support for corporate events, branch branding initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with relevant teams.
    • Design and produce digital-first content optimized for social media platforms, the corporate website, and digital advertising channels, maximizing audienceengagement.
    • Organize, update, and maintain the bank’s digital asset library, ensuring easy accessibility and proper usage of creative resources.
    • Champion innovation in visual storytelling and creative content presentation, continuously exploring new trends and technologies to elevate brand communication.

    QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Film Production, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in multimedia production, graphic design, or creative content development, preferably within financial services, advertising, or a corporate environment.
    • Professional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, Video Production, Motion Graphics, or Photography are an added advantage.
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including
    • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
    • Demonstrate strength in creative storytelling.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media content optimization best practice.
    • Proven experience producing content for websites, social media, digital advertising, and corporate events.
