• We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) Specialist to support our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This role involves managing and optimizing the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) module, ensuring data integrity, building financial models, and working closely with finance and IT teams to enhance decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities:

• NetSuite NSPB Implementation & Maintenance: Configure, customize, and maintain the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) module. Ensure system integrity, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions for performance improvements.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts using NSPB. Work with finance teams to streamline budgetary workflows and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Data Management & Reporting: Integrate data from various sources into NSPB for consolidated financial analysis. Build dashboards and reports using NetSuite Analytics to provide real-time financial insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to optimize financial planning processes. Train and support end-users to ensure efficient use of the NSPB module.
• Process Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate financial planning tasks and improve system functionality. Stay updated on NetSuite updates and best practices for continuous improvements.

Key competencies/skills

• Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) or Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP, data integrations, and financial reporting tools.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., SuiteScript, Excel Macros, SQL, or BI tools).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work US EST shift hours (night shifts for local time).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and GAAP.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or other FP&A tools.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Financial User, NetSuite Administrator).
• Relocate to Nyeri, Kenya.
