Night/Day Supervisor at MNC Consulting Group Limited

We are hiring a Night/Day Supervisor for our client in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate operations during assigned shifts, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and meets quality standards. You will lead a team, enforce company policies, resolve operational issues, and maintain a seamless production flow across both day and night operations.

Salary: 30,000 Gross

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Leadership

• Manage shift operations (day or night) to meet productivity, efficiency, and quality goals.
• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff for high performance across all shifts.
• Assign tasks, monitor team output, and provide coaching and feedback.

Operational Oversight

• Ensure the timely execution of production schedules; adjust workloads as necessary.
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance or repairs when needed.
• Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

• Enforce health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report any incidents or violations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and quality protocols.

Quality Control & Reporting

• Monitor product quality and work closely with the quality control team to address any issues.
• Maintain accurate shift reports, including production data, staff attendance, and incidents.
• Provide updates and recommendations to senior management on shift operations.

Inventory & Resource Management

• Track raw material usage and report shortages or surpluses.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure continuous material flow.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, processes, and quality control principles.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong supervisory and team management skills.
• Problem-solving: Ability to address and resolve operational challenges quickly.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively under pressure.
• Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
