Sales Team Leader - Log Book Loans
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 2 - 10 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
Job Requirement
1. Minimum 2 years of working Experience as a team leader for Sales of Logbook loans, Asset Finance, Import Finance and Loan Buy Off.
2. Diploma/degree in business related course.
3. Have a minimum of Ten (10) Sales Agents, well trained and performers in the sales field.
4. Be able to recruit, maintain, motivate, manage, guide and direct the team to reach its performance levels.
5. MUST be able to prepare a marketing strategy, weekly and monthly work-plans in-order to meet the company set targets.
6. Experience in CREDIT ONLY lending company
7. Product knowledge i.e. logbook loans.
