Nurse - Aesthetic, Wellness & Clinical Care at Nexus Staffing Solutions

Nexus Staffing Solutions is seeking a professional, compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse on behalf of our client, a premium beauty, wellness and regenerative care clinic in Muthaiga, Nairobi.

The clinic provides a range of aesthetic, wellness and regenerative services, including IV therapies, skin treatments, scalp care, massage and regenerative medicine. The role therefore requires a nurse who can combine sound clinical practice with excellent patient care and a premium service experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing support within the clinic\'s day-to-day operations. 
• Conduct appropriate client/patient assessments and record relevant information. 
• Monitor vital signs and client wellbeing as required. 
• Support clinicians and other practitioners during treatments and procedures. 
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and supplies before procedures. 
• Administer treatments or medication within the nurse\'s professional scope and authorised clinical protocols. 
• Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date client records. 
• Observe clients during and after treatments and promptly escalate any concerns. 
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention, hygiene and clinical safety. 
• Provide clients with appropriate pre-treatment and after-care guidance within the nurse\'s scope. 
• Ensure clinical equipment and treatment areas are properly prepared and maintained. 
• Support a calm, professional and reassuring client experience. 
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client health information and clinic operations. 
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and wellness team. 

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution. 
• Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant Kenyan regulatory body. 
• Previous clinical nursing experience. 
• Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, private clinic or similar premium healthcare environment will be an advantage. 
• Strong understanding of infection prevention, patient safety and clinical documentation. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Compassionate, discreet and professional approach to client care. 
• High attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols. 
• Ability to work in a premium, client-focused environment. 
• Strong integrity and respect for patient confidentiality.
