Operations and Technical Department Manager at Climacento Green Tech

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations and Technical Department Manager at Climacento Green Tech Ltd in Nairobi. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing projects, troubleshootings and preventive maintenance visits, managing technicians and sub-contractors, communicating with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring quality control, optimising processes, and coordinating with various teams to meet project deadlines and profitability. As Technical Department Manager he will take care of site management, project design and offers elaboration.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Operations Management, and Quality Control skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Knowledge and experience in the solar energy industry and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is highly recommended
