Order Processing Executive at Sheer Logic

Job Purpose

• Ensure order processing and completion within stipulated timelines
• Timely reporting and business Updates
• Account Reconciliation with CSE and KAM

Main Accountabilities

• Accurately enters and processes purchase orders in a timely manner
• Runs daily performance tracking dashboard for Key Accounts
• Diligently follows purchase order to order process completion
• Works with appropriate parties to ensure swift resolution of delays in processing
• Reconciliation of accounts with KAM and CSE
• Follow through on Quality related challenges
• Ensures accuracy of price and SKU bar codes for Master Data accuracy in service of Order Automation
• Other administrative and clerical duties within the CD space as maybe assigned

Relevant Experience

• Clerical and Administrative experience
• Finance, Purchase and payment systems experience
• Customer Service
• Time sensitive work
• Working under pressure
• Excel proficiency

 Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Management/Sales/Marketing
• Accounting Packages
• Ms Suite with working knowledge of Excel
