HUQUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements for Appointment: -

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any Social Science Degree with Human Resource Option;
• Possess a current valid practicing certificate;
• Membership to a relevant professional body; and
• Excellent planning and organization skills.

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Process monthly payroll as per the set timelines;
• Prepare personnel emolument budget;
• Conduct appropriate audits to ensure integrity of the payroll;
• Prepare and maintain relevant accurate human resource records;
• Coordinate with relevant government departments whose functions have been devolved to ensure staff are remunerated fairly;
• Process monthly payroll reports; and
• Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
