PHP/WordPress Developer at Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL)

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Entry-Level Developer with hands-on knowledge in PHP, Laravel, and WordPress. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of backend development, CMS customization, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Customize, update, and manage WordPress websites and plugins.
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and other team members on ongoing projects.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in existing applications and websites.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and WordPress.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is an added advantage.
