About the role
- We are recruiting for a company building a contemporary Neapolitan style pizza restaurant in Nairobi with a casual atmosphere and bar. We’re looking for best-in-class chefs and hospitality staff.
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, working with food & beverage items, and preparing sauces.
Qualifications
- Food Preparation and Cooking skills
- Hygiene standards knowledge
- Experience with Food & Beverage items and Sauces
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in pizza making
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef is a plus
- Culinary certification or relevant training is beneficial
