    Pre-Sales Executive

    Job purpose: 

    To play a crucial role in the sales process by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospects, and laying the groundwork for successful sales conversions.

    1. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking events.
    2. Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of prospective clients to determine if the product or service offered aligns with their needs.
    3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
    4. Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings to prospective clients, highlighting how they can address their specific needs and pain points.
    5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects to understand their businesses better and position the company as a trusted advisor.
    6. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to meet the needs of prospective clients.
    7. Follow-up: Follow up with leads to address any questions or concerns they may have and to move them through the sales funnel.
    8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
