Project Coordinator & Sustainability Intern at 4G Capital

• The Project Coordinator & Sustainability Intern will support effective project execution, governance, and reporting while strengthening 4G Capital’s impact, ESG, and sustainability initiatives.
• This is a paid, fixed-term internship for six (6) months, ideal for a highly organised and analytical individual seeking practical experience in project management, data analytics, and management within a mission-driven fintech organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination
• Support planning, scheduling, and documentation of project and governance meetings.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, dashboards, and reporting templates.
• Follow up on action items with internal teams and external stakeholders to support timely delivery.
• Support pilot projects by tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation and knowledge management.
• Data, Impact & Sustainability Support
• Support data collection, consolidation, and basic analysis for impact and ESG reporting.
• Assist in compiling documentation for ESG audits, investor reporting, and due diligence.
• Support sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint and operational impact tracking.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual impact and sustainability reports.
• Support internal and external impact communications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management, sustainability, ESG, or impact measurement.
• Basic data analysis skills and comfort working with reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Strong organisational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
