Project Engineer at Bridge Talent Management

Responsibilities:

• Design projects and oversee detailed design done by consultants.
• Develop terms of reference, and bills of quantities and evaluate tenders and proposals.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of contractors/service providers ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate and supervise minor repairs in fuel service stations.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, management, and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates throughout the project(s) lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.

Desired experience, skills and attributes:

• 3-5 years of broad engineering experience in project management, design, documentation and supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Ability to work with diverse teams, including senior management and third-party negotiations.
• Computer literate and proficient in engineering software e.g. Auto CAD, Microsoft Project.
• Be a person of high integrity, self-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• A Valid driving license.
