    Projects Engineer

    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including design changes, progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence as well as create technical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
    • Providing technical and engineering solutions in company projects 
    • Contribute to the engineering design process, providing technical expertise to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of project designs.
    • Develop technical drawings, specifications, and prototypes as required.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
    • Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project success and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these risks proactively.
    • Monitor project expenditures to ensure they align with approved budgets as well as identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient resource utilization.
    • Ensure that all engineering activities adhere to relevant safety standards and regulations and implement safety protocols and measures to protect personnel and assets.
    • Monitor project milestones and deliverables and also identify deviations from the project plan and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
    • Following up on government tenders and any other institution the company is working with.
    • PBC reporting and Payment Certificate processing.
    • Supervising our sub-contractors are undertaking there awarded works as per the company’s condition.
    • Ensure that all engineering activities adhere to relevant safety standards and regulations and implement safety protocols and measures to protect personnel and assets.
    • Performing any other lawful duties as may be assigned from time to time.
    • Brief/debriefing during technical site meetings.
