Property Managers

- Experience 3 - 4 years
- Location Nairobi

Salary
- KSH 70,000 (NET)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration,
- or related field.
- 3-4 years' experience in property management within either commercial or
- residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of lease management and tenant relations.
- Understanding of property laws and compliance requirements.
- Must be a member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
