Job Description

Property Marketing

• Collect accurate property details, photos and videos.
• Prepare property adverts, brochures, flyers and social-media content.
• List properties on the company website and property portals.
• Ensure listings are accurate, attractive and regularly updated.

Lead Generation

• Actively identify potential buyers, tenants, landlords and investors.
• Make calls, send messages and conduct email/WhatsApp marketing.
• Develop relationships with corporates, embassies, NGOs, developers and individual clients.
• Generate new property listings from property owners.

Client Management

• Respond promptly to enquiries.
• Understand clients’ property requirements and budgets.
• Maintain a database of clients and prospects
• Follow up consistently until a transaction is completed.
• Maintain good relationships with past clients for referrals and repeat business.

Property Viewings

• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Qualify prospective clients before viewings where appropriate.
• Present properties professionally and highlight their key features.
• Obtain feedback after every viewing

Sales & Negotiations

• Identify serious prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Prepare and follow up on offers, EOIs and other required documentation.
•  Coordinate with lawyers and other professionals until completion.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Men are encouraged to apply.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales.
