QSSK-BTD-Direct Sales Representative at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the sales representatives will be responsible for acquisition of new business within the assigned Sales locations.

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver set sales targets in asset and liability for Retail Banking
• Offer excellent customer experience while interacting with customers on different channels.
• Participate in product campaigns to ensure product information is readily available to customers.
• Conduct door-to-door and digital selling
• Gather feedback from customers on Bank products and their experience to seek improvement on bank products.
• Daily provision of business acquisition reports.
• Recommending clients to use financial services or answering bank-related inquiries

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a MUST
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the banking / financial services industry.
3. Computer literacy
4. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
5. A passion and commitment to quality service.
6. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
7. Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.
8. Experience in sales or client relationship management will be an added advantage.
9. Ability to be an agent of change and innovation with a strong desire to excel.
10. A person of integrity and with good negotiating skills
