Responsibilities:

• Identify and nurture new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and be a trusted advisor to clients
• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay informed and promote the company
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute company-wide sales strategies

Requirements:

• Proven track record in real estate sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid real estate license is required
• Prior experience mentoring and training junior sales team members
• Knowledge of Kenyan law, specifically as it pertains to real estate transactions and regulations
