Job Summary:

• We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and young spirited Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at CPK Real Estate. This role is focused on selling, letting, and renting furnished apartments in Nairobi and its environs. Ladies are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying and acquiring properties that meet their needs.
• Provide clients with detailed information on properties, including price, location, and features.
• Conduct site visits for potential buyers and tenants.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Stay informed about the real estate market and CPK\'s property listings.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster client loyalty and referrals.
• Assist in negotiating property deals with clients.

Qualifications:

Education: Recent graduates (within the last two years).

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of listing and inquiry management software.
