Duties and responsibilities

The officer will work under the supervision of a more senior officer and will be responsible for:-

• Receiving, Sorting, Opening, filing, Minuting and Distribution of mail;
• Dispatching of mails; and
• Guiding on file disposal.

Requirement for appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) mean grade C plain from the Kenya National Examination Council(KNEC) or equivalent qualifications from a recognised institution; and
• A Diploma in Records/Information Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognised institution.
