Recruiter (Healthcare/Caregiver Staffing) at Oasis Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier caregivers.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach & events.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and caregiver onboarding.
• Track and update candidate info in our ATS for clear, consistent reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare staffing or caregiver recruitment.
• Ability to consistently hire 5+ caregivers per week.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or healthcare staffing
