• You will play a pivotal role in supporting the regional commercial agenda through accurate reporting, data analysis and the delivery of actionable business insights. Working closely with Distribution Partners, Regional Teams and global stakeholders, the role enables informed decision-making across demand planning, revenue growth management, route-to-consumer (RTC) execution and business performance.

Main Responsibilities

• You will need to ensure timely delivery of all information from distributors, on a monthly basis, and convert this into reports, before feeding it back into the regional William Grant & Sons teams.
• This will include working closely with our distribution partners, the William Grant & Sons Customer Marketing Manager and the William Grant & Sons Distributor Managers, to drive our RTC agenda forward and, with them, take responsibility for delivering the annual RTC plan. You will be a key point of contact for the Regional RTC team and will take responsibility for submitting the required monthly reports.
• In addition you will support the local team with finance tasks relating to our distribution partners marketing spend as well as the global audit reviews. You will also manage the monthly operating expenses for the local office and assist with any ad hoc projects as needed.
