Regional Parts Field Sales Executive (Rift Valley & Western Region) at Isuzu East Africa (Isuzu EA)

In this position you will be responsible for driving growth of parts, lubes and accessories sales in Rift Valley & Western region.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, Parts & Accessories, the position will be responsible for:

• Generating new Aftersales business through 1S dealers, Mashinani, Distributor and Key account fleet customer engagements in the assigned region.
• Developing initiatives to support growth and profitability of Parts, lubes and accessories business.
• Driving implementation of the Isuzu EA Aftersales Policy and Parts Business Manual in the region.
• Participating in marketing activities organized by dealers in the region.
• Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports.
• Growing customer satisfaction index in the region.
• Offering support in Electronic Parts Catalogue installation, training, license renewals and activation of new branches.
• Expanding Maxit market penetration in the region.

Minimum requirements are as follows:

• Bachelor's degree (Upper second).
• KCSE Mean Grade B+.
• Five years' relevant experience.
