    Registration Assistant

    REF: KFCB/HR/6/2022
    Terms of Service: Permanent & Pensionable
    Grade: KFCB 8

    Job Purpose: To support all the activities and functions of the Registration Department including filing, issuance of filming licenses and compiling film licensing data.

    Responsibilities

    The duties and responsibilities will include;

    1. Assisting with filing application forms for filming licenses;
    2. Assisting with filing application forms for film agent registration;
    3. Assisting with filing duplicates for filming licenses issued;
    4. Assisting with filing duplicates of Certificates of Registration Film Agents issued;
    5. Assisting with filing departmental reports; and
    6. Assisting in managing the front office.
    7. Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

    Specifications/Requirements for Appointment;

    1. Diploma in any of the following fields: Library and Information Studies, Film/Video/TV/Radio Production, Mass Communication, Journalism, PublicRelations, Education, Counseling or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
    2. Proficiency in computer applications
