Reporting to the Relationship Manager, the holder of this position will plan and carry out specific credit assignmentson the MFI’s operations in an efficient, economical, and effective manner. Market and manage customers to grow portfolio and customer numbers per the set targets. The Ideal candidate should possess skills in portfolio quality, appraisals, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, marketing & client recruitment. Should also meet the expected outstanding Loan balance (OLB), client targets, expected repeat borrowers, and new borrowers targets as per the agreed category. will handle all customer care issues at group and individual level.
