REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES):

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced Reservations, Booking, or Customer Service role, ideally within the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Tech Proficiency: High competency in using CRM or PMS (Property Management Systems), shared digital workspaces (like Google Calendar/Sheets), and professional email management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES):

• Communication:Exceptional phone and email etiquette. Ability to handle sensitive guest information (like allergens) clearly and confidently.
• Detail Orientation: Proven track record of high administrative accuracy and meeting strict, time-sensitive deadlines (SLAs).
