Skills & Experience

• High school certificate, diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or loan-related roles (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial products, especially loan products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Knowledge of financial regulations and loan compliance standards is a plus
