    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services. The role involves generating leads, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and supporting brand awareness initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Duties

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

    Marketing Duties

    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns.
    • Manage social media platforms and online marketing activities.
    • Assist in creating promotional materials, advertisements, and content.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
    • Coordinate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance and customer engagement.
    • Support brand-building initiatives and customer retention programs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
