    Sales and Marketing Manager

    Job Summary .

     Successful candidates will be responsible for driving international revenue growth by identifying global market opportunities and managing high-stakes relationships with international retailers and distributors. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in export markets, Europe and Middle East markets..
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
    • Prepare and implement annual sales forecasts, budgets, and performance plans.
    • Drive profitability through pricing strategies and cost management
    • Manage export documentation, regulatory compliance, and trade requirements.
    • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient export operations.
    • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and market visits
    • Develop and manage a strong distribution network internationally..
    • Negotiate international  contracts, pricing, and supply agreements.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team.
    • Set performance targets and monitor individual and team performance.
    • Provide coaching, training, and development to improve sales effectiveness.
    • Foster a high-performance and results-oriented culture.

    Qualifications.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Agribusiness, International Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years sales experience in fresh produce export.
    • Knowledge of European or Middle East buyer behavior.
    • Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Export Trade will be an added advantage.
    • Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
    • Strong commercial and business development skills
    • Export trade knowledge and international market exposure
